A short discussion will follow.
New Date to be determined!
On Sunday, February ?? after the 9:30AM Mass, the Liturgy Committee is pleased to conduct our second Children's Tour of St. Francis Xavier Church. This year's tour will have a theme covering the sacraments that children receive; Baptism, Reconciliation, Communion and Confirmation. Each sacrament will be presented in the order a child receives them, and in the appropriate section of the church where the sacrament is celebrated.
Wednesday, November 22nd at 6pm, St. Francis Xavier parishioners will gather in the rectory to make turkey sandwiches and snacks to distribute to the hungry in our community for Thanksgiving. We are seeking volunteers to donate food and supplies or to help us assemble the bags on Wednesday night. We would love for you to join us in this effort. If you're interested in getting involved, please email Patrice Kugler.
Sunday, October 29th at the 12:15 Mass we will welcome Most Reverend Paul Sanchez, Auxiliary Bishop of Brooklyn, as we celebrate the Sacrament of Confirmation for the young men and women of our parish and school. All are invited to join with them in prayer at this Mass and to welcome Bishop Sanchez.
