If you are looking for another opportunity to help our most vulnerable neighbors this holiday season, here are two quick and simple ways to do so: Go to the Coalition for the Homeless Holiday Toy Drive website and click on the link to their Amazon Wish List. Follow directions and send a toy to one of the 23,000 children who will be spending the holidays in a homeless shelter this year. Info to send monetary donation is on the Toy Drive page as well. The last day for donations is December 14th.

On November 21st, parishioners gathered in the rectory to make sandwich bags and cards for the hungry of our community for Thanksgiving. Thanks to the donations, time and efforts of our volunteers, we made 40 bags that were distributed on Thanksgiving morning. The whole parish thanks all who participated!

It's hard to believe that we are rapidly approaching Advent season, but in fact it begins on December 2nd -- just a few days from now. This year, we are encouraging our parishioners to try a free email program from Dynamic Catholic that will help you slow down and focus on what really matters during this busy time of year. Called Best Advent Ever: Rediscover Christmas, the program features daily emails with practical tips, Christmas music, and inspirational videos.

The Christmas season is traditionally a time to share love and friendship. You are invited to share your concern for those less fortunate by adopting poor adults or children in order to provide them with a blessed season. The Christmas tree to the left of the altar (in front of St. Francis Xavier statue) will have paper ornaments on it.

    You are invited to:
