    A WAY TO DEEPEN YOUR EXPERIENCE OF JESUS
    Lent begins on March 6th. Parish sign-ups for this year's Lenten program begin February 9-10, Giving parishioners an opportunity for a unique and powerful experience. We are inviting parishioners (and their friends and neighbors) to sign up and join others once a week for six weeks. During these six weeks, you will be involved in a process of sharing, learning, and prayer that will help you deepen your Catholic faith, and your sense of connection to Jesus and his people.

  • ST. FRANCIS XAVIER BOOK GROUP

    Please join us on Sunday, February 24th at 10:40AM in the rectory to talk about our next selection, The Man Who Loved Birds, by Fenton Johnson, a novel set in small town Kentucky about a local Vietnam vet, a Trappist monk, and a Bengali doctor whose lives collide. We're meeting on the fourth Sunday of the month because the rectory is closed for Presidents' Day weekend, February 16-18. All are invited!

  • JACK'S SANDWICHES A SUCCESS!

    On November 21st, parishioners gathered in the rectory to make sandwich bags and cards for the hungry of our community for Thanksgiving. Thanks to the donations, time and efforts of our volunteers, we made 40 bags that were distributed on Thanksgiving morning. The whole parish thanks all who participated! 

  • BEST ADVENT EVER

    It's hard to believe that we are rapidly approaching Advent season, but in fact it begins on December 2nd -- just a few days from now. This year, we are encouraging our parishioners to try a free email program from Dynamic Catholic that will help you slow down and focus on what really matters during this busy time of year. Called Best Advent Ever: Rediscover Christmas, the program features daily emails with practical tips, Christmas music, and inspirational videos.

  • ADVENT GIVING TREE

    The Christmas season is traditionally a time to share love and friendship. You are invited to share your concern for those less fortunate by adopting poor adults or children in order to provide them with a blessed season. The Christmas tree to the left of the altar (in front of St. Francis Xavier statue) will have paper ornaments on it.
